CONSUMPTION OF BEER, WINE, AND SPIRITS

Between 1961 and 1994 the amount of alcohol consumed in the form of spirits decreased while the amount of alcohol from beer and wine increased. Beer is now Alaska's favorite alcoholic beverage.
